Photos are of-course awful because is really dark and cosy in there, which is great for being there ofcourse, but less great to trying to share the experience on a blog like this.
This is a really *FUN* restaurant and the food is to high standard also, which I think is a rare combination. Its fun because its really dark, there are modern arty things on the walls, you get to chose lots of dishes which are interesting to look at as well as consume and the crowd is generally quite laid back too.
It works roughly like this:
You say whether you want starters or not – these are not described in the menue by the way so what you get is a surprise of 4 tasting dishes per person.
Then you order 3 things for your main, choosing from a menue that is contained inside a fluorescent tube. The portions are all small but very sufficient and there are serious *foodie* ingredients in almost every dish – a lot of raw beef, truffle, raw fish – that type of stuff. So if you are not appreciative of things like that then simply don’t go to Resto Point Bar and leave the table free for someone who does.
JellyGoodFood Bottom line:
I loved this place, its easy, trendy but not too pretentious, not too expensive, really fun and the dishes are a talking point.
